Refund, Return and Repair Policy

First, if you have a need for refunds and returns you likely ordered a product from us and we owe you a thanks for this. We promise to try our best to provide an amazing product and customer experience.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. So, we recommend you read our refund, return and repair policy before making any purchase from Devices, so you are familiar with our policy and your rights under Australian Law.

All products sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. There are nine consumer guarantees that apply to products you purchase

  • Acceptable quality
  • Fit for a particular purpose
  • Match description
  • Match the sample or demonstration model
  • Express warranties will be honored
  • Spare parts and repair facilities will be available for a reasonable time after purchase
  • Title to the goods
  • Undisturbed possession of the goods
  • No undisclosed securities on the goods.

Returns happen but we also recommend you immediately inspect all goods that we deliver to you.

Please choose your products carefully as returns are not normally provided where you have simply made a wrong selection or just changed you mind etc. Please preview the product and its description very carefully before adding them to your cart.

If there is a problem with the goods or services, the customer can choose to have:

  • A refund
  • The products replaced or repaired.

But, customer will need to consider the

  • The item’s condition
  • How long ago it was bought

Goods that can’t be returned

Some products are not covered by automatic consumer guarantees.

It will be not possible for us to accept a return if:

  • The customer inspected the item before buying and didn’t find faults they should have seen
  • The item was used incorrectly
  • The customer damaged the goods after they bought them
  • The product is not in its original shipping packing.
  • The customer changed their mind.

Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns will be processed within 7 days.

Returning faulty products

Customer can send the products back if there is a problem.

Before starting any repair customer will fill a written repair notice. It must say:

‘The repair of your products may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods’

Cost of returning faulty products

Shipping cost for returning/refunding any product will be completely on customer.

Refund tips for customers

Proof of purchase can include:

  • Original receipt or photo of the receipt
  • Credit card slip or any statement
  • Warranty card showing information about the product, the date and purchase amount.
  • Reference number (phone or online payments)
